Wire rope lifting loop is made of a high resistance galvanized cable.
Before any use, it must be checked that :
• the lifting loop is fully screwed;
• the threads are clean;
• the lifting loop is not damaged.
Its use must be limited to oblique tensile forces whose angle is between 0 and 45 ° relative to the axis of the sleeve. The diameter of the hooks used must be greater than or equal to the cable in order to avoid premature wear.
If there is deformation or threading, the lifting loop cannot be repaired and must be replaced automatically. Each loop must be checked at least once a year.
